This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and rescheduling work for track sessions, event registrations and other purchases made through the X Race platform and app, operated by Crevo Concepts LLP. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Track session bookings
- More than 48 hours before your session — full refund or free reschedule.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before — 50% refund or one free reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show — non-refundable.
To cancel or reschedule, use the booking screen in the app or contact support@crevoconcepts.com.
2. Event & league registrations
- Event entry fees are refundable up to the registration deadline stated for that event.
- After the deadline, entry fees are generally non-refundable, as places and logistics are confirmed.
- Some championships and special events may have their own terms, which will be shown at registration.
3. Cancellations by X Race
If we cancel a session or event — for example due to weather, safety, maintenance or insufficient numbers — you may choose:
- A full refund of the affected booking, or
- A free reschedule or credit to a future session or event.
4. Memberships & passes
Recurring memberships and multi-session passes can be cancelled before the next renewal date. Unused time on an active membership is non-refundable unless required by law. Pass credits expire as stated at the time of purchase.
5. In-app purchases
Digital purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's refund policies, and refund requests for those purchases may need to be made directly with the store.
6. How refunds are issued
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted.
7. How to request a refund
Submit refund requests through the app's booking history, or email support@crevoconcepts.com with your booking reference and reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
